Every Trybe Experience follows a proven format: team up, commit, train right, and finish strong — together. Whether it’s a race, challenge, or weekend adventure, each Experience is designed to bring focus to your training and connection to your crew.

Do I need to be "in shape" to join Trybe?
The best time to start is always "now"! We're all on our own journeys and Trybe is here to meet you wherever you are along it. Our classes are designed for all levels, with coaches trained to guide you and modify for your needs at every step. Just take the first step and show up!
What kinds of movements will be tested?
Events will test functional strength, power, speed, skills, and conditioning. Specific details will be released closer to the event.
How long does the competition take?
Each athlete or team will complete their events in approximately one hour.
Do I need competition experience to participate?
Not at all! Trybe Games includes open and team-based heats designed to be accessible to all fitness levels.
Can I train for an Experience alongside regular classes?
Absolutely. Experiences bring custom training for the demands of our event, but all of our regular classes are functional in nature and relevant to all our goals. Think of the Experience sessions as your core work and the Trybe classes to fill out the rest. In fact, nearly all of our Experiences will prescribe other weekly classes or exercise into the programming.
What if I'm not ready?
That's why we train! Every Experience is open to all fitness levels — you'll get direction, progression, and a coach in your corner. Depending on our group we can split into smaller target groups.  What matters most is committing to yourself and seeing the growth you'll achieve!
How long is each Experience?
Depends on the challenge, but most will be 12 weeks of training and culminate in the event. Depending on the level of difficulty, it could be as short as 4-6 weeks. Every program includes reserved sessions, tailored training, personalized coaching, and the final challenge.
What kind of events do we train for?
Everything from Spartan Races and endurance events to in-house challenges and destination adventures. If it gets us excited, challenges us, and brings us together — it's fair game.
How much do they cost?
Pricing varies based on number of sessions and specific event logistics (gear, registration, etc.), but your existing membership are taken into account! See an individual event's page for pricing details and reach out with any questions.
