Youth strength

Youth Strength builds full-body control, mechanics, strength, and athletic performance through structured strength and conditioning appropriate for each age group. Athletes learn the proper techniques and habits to lift safely, and use warmups, speed and plyometric work, strength progressions, and conditioning finishers to develop strong athletic foundations. With performance-based programming and consistent coaching, athletes build strength that transfers to every sport and activity.

  • Length: 60-minute sessions

  • Focus: Balance, Agility, Power, Strength

  • Gear: All equipment provided

  • Vibe: Structured. Athletic. Foundational.

Teens: 13+yo
Combine non-contact boxing fundamentals with strength and athletic movement for a fun, high-energy training experience. Athletes develop coordination, balance, power, and control through bag drills, bodyweight strength, and dynamic circuits. With age-appropriate coaching and a supportive environment, kids build confidence, improve movement skills, and stay active through training that feels exciting and empowering.

  • Length: 50-minute class

  • Focus: Full-body conditioning + boxing skills

  • Gear: Gloves + wraps (available in-shop)

  • Vybe: Coordinated. Relentless. Fun.

Sport performance

Custom programming built for your group's sport-specific training. Enhance speed, agility, power, and total-body strength through performance-driven athletic development. Sessions progress from movement prep and plyometrics to strength training, acceleration mechanics, and conditioning tailored for sport demands. Using proven S&C methodology and individualized coaching, athletes build the foundation to move better, compete stronger, and elevate their game with purpose.

  • Length: 60-minute workout

  • Focus: Speed/agility, power, functional

  • Gear: Just your fire. And lots of water.

  • Vibe: Dynamic. Intentional. Powerful.
