small-group classes

strength

Train like an athlete with a strength-focused, functionally-programmed workout. From warmup and plyometrics to power and strength sets, we give you personalized coaching in a small-group setting — with an emphasis on quality and intention behind every movement. And when we say strength, we mean it: you'll be lifting weights with all of our variety of equipment — from dumbells and kettlebells to barbells, benches, and cables, among others. This is training for true longevity and strength, not a cheap sweat.

bags

A high-intensity boxing workout hitting the bags, working the mitts, and moving through full-body drills and exercises. Bags combines boxing technique and conditioning to build the skills and capactiy of a boxer in a fun and friendly environment. Hold nothing back...it's time to leash the beast within.

burn

Get ready to turn it up. BURN is our bootcamp-style, HIIT circuit-training class focused on a mix of explosive power, high-intensity conditioning, and functional strength. Expect creative circuits in a variety of formats that push your pace and mental edge. It's athletic conditioning with a community pulse — a sweat session you’ll actually look forward to.

Stability

Build stability, control, and mind-muscle connection in this highly intentional, low intensity class. This is foundational work to support your strength training, reduce injury risk, and improve movement quality through a variety of movements, positions, and exercises.

  • Gear: All tools provided

Boxing Skills & Drills

Build real boxing skill in a technique-driven class designed to improve how you move, punch, and think as a boxer. This class features footwork, positioning, punch mechanics, and combination drills through a mix of bag, mitt, and partner work. You’ll refine fundamentals, develop timing and coordination, and learn how to move and react in simulated scenarios.
