Our youth programs focus on building strong athletic foundations for developing both new and high-performing athletes. Through age-appropriate strength training, coordination work, and movement skill development, young athletes learn how to move well, train safely, and build confidence in their abilities.
Coached instruction, structured progressions, and a supportive environment help athletes develop strength, resilience, and lifelong training habits.
• Youth Bags: Non-contact boxing mixed with focused strength circuits to develop athleticism, body control, confidence, and skil. High-energy, positive, and technique-focused.
• Youth Strength: With both foundational and performance-focused programs, youth of all ages from 6+ learn through age and goal-appropriate training. How to lift correctly, develop speed, agility, and power, and build the athleticism needed for their sports and active lives.
