Considerations & Guidance

Recovery should leave you feeling better — not depleted. Honor your pace, follow your breath, and let the process support not overwhelm. It’s important to listen to your body. Start with shorter intervals, breathe steadily, and increase exposure only as you feel comfortable. And stay hydrated!

If you’re pregnant, managing a medical condition, or recovering from injury, check with your healthcare provider before beginning any heat or cold therapy.
