Summer Youth

Weeklong Summer CAmps

Our Summer Youth Clinic is designed to help young athletes build confidence, coordination, athleticism, and healthy movement habits in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.

Each day combines age-appropriate strength and movement training, non-contact boxing fundamentals, fitness games, teamwork activities, and athletic development exercises designed to improve coordination, resilience, body awareness, and overall fitness.

SUMMER Camp #1:
Jul 6 - Jul 10

Who: Grade 2-5 (ages ~7-10)
Dates: Mon 7/6 - Fri 7/10
Times: Everyday 12:30pm-3:00pm (Dropoff starts 12:15, Pickup by 3:20)
Cost: $250

  • Athletic foundations & games

  • Non-contact boxing skills

  • Athletic development & conditioning

  • Daily smoothie/snack from the Trybe Fuel Bar

Jul 13 - Jul 17

Who: Grade 6-8 (ages ~11-13)
Dates: Mon 7/13 - Fri 7/17

Multi-week Programs

Middle School - L1 & L2
Strength FOUNDATIONS

Who: Grades 6-8 (ages ~11-14)
Dates: Tue + Thu 6/30 - 8/20 (8 wks)
Times: 11:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $375 (4wk July option available)

Strength Foundations is our structured Middle School strength training program designed to teach middle school athletes how to safely train and lift. Through these two levels, athletes safely build strength, athleticism, coordination, and competence through progressive, coach-led training.

Level 1 introduces them to fundamental movement concepts and navigating the weightroom, while Level 2 builds on more dynamic techniques, resisted movements, and workout programming to confidently workout on their own, at Trybe or elsewhere.

STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE

Who: Grades 9-12
Dates: M/W/F 6/29 - 8/21 (8 wks)
Times: 11:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $549 (2-day or 4wk options available)

Summer High School - Strength & Performance is designed for athletes looking to improve strength, speed, power, athletic performance, and long-term physical development through structured, progressive training.

Athletes will train in a high-energy, coach-led environment focused on developing:

  • Strength & power

  • Speed and movement efficiency

  • Injury resilience and durability

  • Discipline and work ethic
