Our Summer Youth Clinic is designed to help young athletes build confidence, coordination, athleticism, and healthy movement habits in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.
Each day combines age-appropriate strength and movement training, non-contact boxing fundamentals, fitness games, teamwork activities, and athletic development exercises designed to improve coordination, resilience, body awareness, and overall fitness.

Who: Grade 2-5 (ages ~7-10)
Dates: Mon 7/6 - Fri 7/10
Times: Everyday 12:30pm-3:00pm (Dropoff starts 12:15, Pickup by 3:20)

High School Strength & Performance is designed for athletes looking to improve strength, speed, power, athletic performance, and long-term physical development through structured, progressive training. Athletes will train in a high-energy, coach-led environment focused on developing:
