Founder, Coach, Smoothie Master
Navid is the Trybe chief, head coach, smoothie master, and your go-to for the next big adventure. In his class, expect quality over everything, big big energy, and a bit too much dancing to his own playlists. Navid spent years playing the corporate game while chasing his fitness adventures on the side — always waiting for that moment when he’d KNOW. When life finally hit him with his wake-up call, he answered right back. Trybe became the brainchild mashup of his biggest passions: fitness, adventures, and social connection. A space where technique meets intensity, purpose is given energy, and a team takes on its next challenge.
Co-owner, Manager, Janitor
Vahid is the gym manager, coach, janitor, and the guy who’ll make all your problems go away. Expect deep training, playful motivation, and that distinct voice booming where sound shouldn’t even reach. Vahid’s been in the fitness game for 14 years — from personal trainer to studio manager, he’s done it all. For him, it’s always been about helping people lock in, find their outlet, and grow through movement. But to leave a real mark, he knew he wanted a culture rooted in authenticity. And if he couldn’t find it, he’d build it.
Boxing Manager & Master Reiki Practioner
As our Boxing Manager, Amy is the architect behind Bags, driving everything from beginner intro clinics to coach trainings. But she brings more than punches and pads. Amy’s vision leads with the killer combo of high-energy boxing and grounded healing through Reiki...because yes, she’s also a Reiki Master Teacher. It’s the kind of balance you didn’t know you needed — and exactly what makes Amy such a force. Amy brings rare depth to every room — not just in how she coaches, but in how she connects. She leads with sharp intention and real presence. She’ll challenge you, believe in you, and help you break through any limits holding you back. You’ll feel her energy...and then the fire when the round’s still not over.
