Throw your ego out before you step into my lab. Quality over everything. 

First, intention. Then, technique. And then, execution. We can’t build unless we know “Y”. What we’re working toward determines what work we do to get us there. We hammer on the technique and intention of every movement. Then we put in the work.  If we build strong, resilient foundations, we’ll unlock strong, enduring performance. For every body, in every condition.

1:1 Personal Training

Every body is unique and everybody has unique needs. You need to know your “Y” and have a plan. Then, it’s all about executing. That’s where a Coach comes in. Together, we’ll assess your needs, build your custom phased program, and then put in the work to achieve OUR goals.

Small Group Training

We’re better together (this is “Trybe” after all). Gather the troops and let’s put in the work towards your goals. What are we training for? Whether sports, race, adventure, or just taking our fytness to new heights, our process is the same: goal, assess, plan, learn, execute. As a team.

Strength & Conditioning

Ramp up the intensity and take your fytness to a new level with these high-octane, full-body circuit classes. We raise the bar and push you to your limits as you work through a variety of plyometric, strength, and explosive movements.

Using both standard and high-intensity (HIIT) interval training methods, this type of training is the peak of efficiency for total-body functional workouts. Plus, it’s always a party with DJ Na pumping the jams.

Boxing

Ever wonder what it’s like to train like a boxer? Want to let out some steam on the heavy bag? Or maybe you just want a kickass workout and to learn some new skills while having a blast doing it? Whether it’s 12+ rounds on the bags or working through a variety of techniques and drills, there’s nothing like the energy of a boxing workout. And don’t worry, this is a friendly, safe workout for all levels. (Want to try your hand in the ring? Upperkuts also offers beginner sparring for those ready to put these skills to the test.)
