- Junior & Teen Bags: Non-contact boxing mixed with focused strength circuits to development technique, power, body control, and confidence. High-energy, positive, and technique-focused.
- Teen Strength & Conditioning: A performance-driven program for ages 13+. Teens learn how to lift correctly, develop speed, agility, and power, and build the athletic foundations needed for both sports and active life.
