- HIIT: Fast-paced yet highly-functional circuits designed to build power, stability, and metabolic conditioning. This is HIIT that complements your strength training and makes you dynamic.

Youth development

Develop strong, coordinated, confident young athletes through age-appropriate strength and conditioning. Our youth programs build foundational movement skills, athletic performance, and lifelong training habits.

- Junior & Teen Bags: Non-contact boxing mixed with focused strength circuits to development technique, power, body control, and confidence. High-energy, positive, and technique-focused.
- Teen Strength & Conditioning: A performance-driven program for ages 13+. Teens learn how to lift correctly, develop speed, agility, and power, and build the athletic foundations needed for both sports and active life.
